The Regional Branch Administrator serves as a strategic and operational leader within the Branch Administration team collaborating with Market Presidents and other associates while functioning as a player-coach with direct oversight of a primary branch and leadership responsibilities for additional branches within an assigned region. Reporting to the Director of Branch Administration, the Regional Branch Administrator, ensures the achievement of performance goals across multiple locations, drives customer engagement, and fosters an environment that prioritizes employee development, operational excellence, and community involvement. Further, the Regional Branch Administrator is responsible for the equipping of branch personnel with the skills and abilities to deliver our customers an experience that exceeds their expectations while instituting procedural consistency throughout our footprint in a manner consistent with achieving our mission and living our values.

•Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive banking experience with at least 3 years in a branch management or multi-unit leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams across multiple locations.
  • Proven track record in customer service and operational excellence.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Working knowledge of banking regulations, compliance standards, and risk management best practices.
  • Ability to travel between branches as required.
