Branch Manager-Terlingua

This position is responsible for overseeing Retail Branch operations and employee development.  Candidate should be resilient, communitive leader who balances operational efficiency with team development and customer satisfaction.

• Leadership and Team Building:  Proven ability to manage, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Effective Communication: Clear, confident communication with Staff, customers, and corporate leadership to maintain consistent operations.
• Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to remain calm under pressure, handle difficult customers, and adapt to changing daily, seasonal, or market conditions.
• Proactive Problem-Solving: Identifying issues such as poor performance and implementing corrective actions to improve performance.
• Customer Focus: Prioritizing customer needs to drive brand loyalty and resolve issues promptly.
