Quality Control Specialist-Midland

The Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our financial operations and customer service.  This role will focus on identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks, as well as overseeing the implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices in line with regulatory standards.  The Quality Control Specialist will work closely with branch operations to review processes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
