The Director of Central Operations at WTNB is responsible for leading a group of team leads reach the short and long term goals of the Deposit Operations division. This position is directly responsible for the quality and effective delivery of Deposit Operations outputs, including items processing, quality control, and debit cards, This position is a manager of managers, and is expected to exemplify how team leads create an engaging, accomplishment-focused environment that enables their team members to achieve daily and longer term goals. 

Responsible and accountable for team members’ performance by encouraging an open exchange of ideas and opinions, addressing concerns, and ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. This position requires a broad understanding of daily operations issues, and how they relate to the strategic business goals of the bank.

Quilifications

•    While a college degree is preferred, it is not a requirement for this role
•    10 years of progressive experience in the banking industry
•    5 years leadership and coaching with multi-site experience preferred
•    A demonstrated professional presence (e.g. approachability, expertise, oral and written communication skills.
