Primarily responsible for profiling customers and marketing a full range of credit and non-credit products and services to existing and potential individual and small business customers. Services account relationships on an ongoing basis, both inside and outside the bank.

Provides extensive personalized customer service to depositors with specific or special banking needs.
Provides personal banking account advice, including suggestions for account resolution and other information to assigned customers as needed.
Provide customers with account information and updates as requested.
Assists potential customers in establishing new accounts, preparing loan documents, and completing customer account files.
Assists other financial institution staff in waiting on customers, answering telephones, and performing other duties as necessary.
